Jack Whittle is a Chicagoland-based blues and roots singer, guitarist, and songwriter known for his deep knowledge of American roots music and versatile style. Active across the Midwest and beyond, he's toured the South and is a standout presence in the Northwest Indiana music scene. His sound blends gritty blues, country grooves, and thoughtful songwriting, showcased on this acclaimed self-titled debut album released in 2022, which earned regional recognition and praise.

The Top Hat Blues Revue is a dynamic group of multi-vocalists and exceptional instrumentalists delivering a full, rich sound without the need for backup singers - because we are the backup singers. With a strong lineup of seasoned musicians, the band brings decades of stage experience to every performance. 

Our setlist features a wide selection of original music along with an even larger collection of interpretive covers spanning from the 1950s through today, blending classic blues roots with modern influences.

In 2026 The Top Hat Blues Revue proudly celebrates 30 years of performing, bringing authentic blues, soul, and live music energy to audiences everywhere.

Billy & the Tall Boys bring a high-energy outlaw country sound to every stage, delivering crowd-favorite covers with grit and authenticity. Known for their steady presence across Central Indiana, the band keeps the dance floor moving with classic country hits, honky-tonk spirit, and a no-frills, good-time vibe.

Hired Gun offers a bold, guitar-driven show with blues and rock influences, with a sound that's rough around the edges and full of attitude. They can be found on our front stage. 

Zach Day is a local Americana guitarist, singer, and songwriter. His music is a blend of exhilarating blues, classic outlaw country, and rock of all eras that will leave you feeling nostalgic. 

 Rebekah Meldrum delivers a soulful, expressive  sound rooted in R&B and classic soul traditions. Her performances highlight strong, emotive vocals and a natural sense of groove, creating an inviting atmosphere for guests to slow down, listen in, and settle into the moment. She will be performing as an acoustic duo on our front stage. 

Chris is the lead singer of The Why Store. He's an intense, emotional songwriter with a   repertoire of 150+ original songs. 

Django Knight combines soulful acoustic blues, roots-rock guitar, and funk influences with heart, groove, and rich vocals. He'll have the whole band with him on our back stage.

A funky blues groove band that grooves, moves, soothes, paying dues, and playing how they choose! - you can find them on our front stage. 

Blending R&B and soul with blues and rock influences, The Late Night Revelators create a sound that's all about groove, feel, and late-night energy. Their performances feature strong vocals, tight rhythms, and a setlist designed to keep the room engaged and dancing. They will be featured on our back stage. 

Funky, soulful, and full of life - the Blues Ambassadors bring the blues to the Noodle every set. Catch their performance on our front stage. 

Marty "Big Dog" Mercer is a commanding force in modern Chicago blues, known for his powerful stage presence, soulful Southpaw guitar style, and gritty, lived-in vocals. A 2016 Chicago Blues Hall of Fame inductee, he delivers high-energy performances that stay true to the root of the genre while keeping it fresh.

With nearly 150 shows a year and a reputation for electrifying live sets, Mercer continues to earn recognition - including a Best Self-Produced album nomination for Live at the Roxy and a 2026 International Blues Challenge semifinalist spot - cementing his place among today's standout blues artists. 

It's pre-war blues, old school country, and southern gospel into a distinctive roots sound inspired by artists like Robert Johnson and Son House. A songwriter since his teens in New Richmond, Ohio, he performs both original material and classic songs he connects with. His discography includes multiple EPs and albums recoded in historically significant locations, with his latest album Rollin' On set for release in fall 2024. Ford had earned regional recognition, including Cincinnati Entertainment Award nomination, and has performed widely across the Midwest and South, sharing stages with notable blues artists.

Matt "Heartbreak" Hill delivers a fiery mix of deep blues, R&B, and roots rock shaped by Southern influences. A North Carolina native inspired by legends like Link Wray and Howlin' Wolf, Hill is known for his high-energy performances and powerful guitar work. Whether performing solo or with a full band, he's toured internationally and played major festivals. His 2011 debut album On The Floor earned a Blues Music Award, and alongside his wife and musical partner Nikki Hill, he brings a dynamic, soulful presence to the stage.  

A change of pace from our traditional blues acts, this local band brings 90's alternative and radio hits to the Noodle stage. 

Three To One is a genre-blending band that reimagines music from the '60s and 70s with a fresh, unpredictable style. Featuring seasoned musicians from diverse backgrounds, they mix everything from soul to rock, delivering dynamic performances that shift between acoustic and electric sets. Known for their everchanging setlists and creative interpretations, the band has built a loyal local following and regularly performs at venues, festivals, and events. Rooted in classic influences but open to anything, Three To One offers a fun, versatile live experience. 

Tommy Baldwin delivers a high-energy rock show that's built for live crowds. With a strong, confident vocal style and a guitar-driven sound, his performances mix well-known favorites with originals that keep the room moving and engaged. He will performing on our back stage. 

M Squared Project is a versatile acoustic act - performing as duo, trio, or full band - blending Americana, alt-country, classic rock, and original songs with tight harmonies and engaging musical chemistry. Formed in Indianapolis in 2013 by Mike Chandler and Mike Turnipseed, the group grew from a duo into a full band before taking a break in 2017. Now back and reinvigorated, they've reunited with bassist Mike Rettig and expanded their sound, delivering energetic performances and a refreshed catalog while clearly enjoying every moment on stage. 

Black Cat and the Bones plays a dynamic mix of traditional and funky blues, delivering performances full of energy and musical flair. Their set blends classic blues roots with a fresh, groovy edge that keeps audiences engaged. 

This imaginative master guitarist will be jamming out acoustic tunes on our front stage. 

Blending Creole flair with Mississippi-style blues, Mojo Gumbo delivers performances full of soul, rhythm, and raw emotion. Their music captures the spirit of traditional blues while keeping audiences engaged and moving throughout the set. Their act can be caught on our back stage. 

Doug Henthorn is a central Indiana-based singer, guitarist, and songwriter, best known as the founder and frontman of the Healing Sixes. Since launching his solo career, he's released three albums that blend roots, rock, and his signature "alternative blues" style, earning strong reviews for his latest release, Three (2022). Known for his powerful live performances, Henthorn has also collaborated with notable artists like Joe Bonamassa, John Hiatt, Jason Bonham, and Beth Hart, and continues to perform across the U.S. and internationally.

The Elect is a six-piece Indiana jam band delivering expansive, groove-driven performances rooted in rock, funk, and improvisation. Known for their dynamic musicianship and tight interplay, the band blends structured songs with open-ended jams, creating a live experience that's both unpredictable and deeply.

Jon Strahl brings a blues and roots driven sound full of grit, groove, and emotional depth. Combining soulful vocals with guitar-driven riffs and dynamic stage presence, his performances balance high-energy moments with intimate storytelling, creating a live experience that feels both raw and deeply engaging. 

Tom Harold and the Fallen Angels is a classic blues band fronted by harmonica enthusiast and vocalist Tom Harold. Rooted in traditional blues, the group delivers a straightforward, soulful sound driven by tight musicianship and classic influences. The lineup features Tom Harold, alongside Tadas Paegle on guitar, Neal Hiedler on bass, and Dan Deckard on drums, combining to create a solid, groove-oriented foundation built for authentic blues performance. 

Brandon's (Cosmic Situation) solo show is a live looping experience that incorporates blues, funk, rock n roll, and tinges of jazz. Every acoustic show is a unique listening experience thanks to a massive catalog of material that changes night to night. He will be preforming on our front stage.

Joel Gragg is a singer-songwriter, producer, and guitarist blending Americana, blues, rock, and soul into an ever-evolving sound. An Indiana native, he has shared the stage with artists such as Malcolm Holcombe, Over the Rhine, Edward David Anderson, and Rev. Peyton's Big Damn Band. Gragg's songwriting reflects the depth of an old soul, delivering honest, unfiltered stories with a distinctive and genuine voice.

J R Clark Band delivers a high-energy blend of Chicago-style blues infused with soul, funk, and rock. Known for dynamic, passionate performances, the band brings a versatile sound that shifts from gritty blues grooves to soulful melodies and driving rhythms - no two shows the same. With strong musicianship and a deep roots influence, their live set balances original material with a powerful, engaging stage presence.

The Foxhounds are a high-energy four-piece bluegrass band blending traditional roots with a fresh, modern edge. Their sound moves seamlessly between classic pickin', contemporary favorites, and original material, all delivered with tight musicianship, strong harmonies, and an engaging, crowd-pleasing energy.

Big Daddy Caddy is a party band built to get the crowd moving. With high-energy covers, playful stage presence, and a focus on fun over polish. Their performances create a lively, engaging atmosphere perfect for dance floors and celebratory nights. 

Blind Mississippi Morris brings the deep, dirty blues - raw, soulful, and straight from the tradition. With fiery harmonica and an electrifying stage presence, the show blends authentic blues grit with a party atmosphere that keeps the room alive.

Ike-Rory and the Rhythm Riders bring rich harmonies, big acoustic sound, and an infectious sense of fun. Indianapolis duo Kelley "Ike" Isenhower and Rory Connolly deliver a lively mix of favorites and feel-good tunes, backed by strong musicianship and an engaging, easygoing stage presence.

Soupbone's Blackwater Mission brings a swampy mix of blues, soul, and roots rock, driven by deep grooves and a loose, lived-in feel. Their sound balances grit and groove with a dynamic, engaging presence that keeps the room locked in from start to finish.

Alex Wilson is a seasoned blues guitarist and vocalist delivering a dynamic mix of Chicago blues, Texas blues, and roots-driven grooves. With a style that blends classic influences with a modern edge, his playing moves effortlessly from soulful, laid-back rhythms to hard-driving, danceable sets. Backed by a tight, experienced band, Wilson brings a polished yet gritty sound and an engaging stage presence that connects with audiences night after night.

Gordon Bonham, a blues ambassador, delivers a powerful, roots-driven performance steeped in blues tradition. With soulful vocals, masterful guitar work, and commanding stage presence, his live shows combine groove, grit, and high-energy moments that captivate every audience. Whether leading a packed room or an intimate crowd, Gordon brings the heart and soul of the blues to life. This evening he will be on our front stage with Paul Holdman.

Phoebe and the Mojomakers brings a whirlwind of sound to the stage, from blues and country to pop, Motown, and rock classics - turning every set into a vibrant journey through decades of great music.

The Hi-Jivers are a high-energy four-piece rock'n'roll and rhythm and blues band inspired by the sounds of the 1950s and '60s, delivered with a modern edge and original songwriting. Fronted by powerhouse vocalist Dawna Zahn and guitarist Austin John, the band blends vintage blues influence with driving rock energy and a raw, soulful live feel.

Built on strong musicianship and a tight rhythm section, The Hi-Jivers are known for dynamic performances that channel the spirit of early rock and blues while keeping the sound fresh, gritty, and fully their own.

Southside Denny is a South Bend, Indiana - born blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter known for his deep roots in electric blues and soulful acoustic work. With a style shaped by decades on the Midwest and Chicago blues circuit, his sound blends gritty traditional blues with expressive guitar work and a strong sense of storytelling.

A seasoned performer with a long history on stage across the U.S. and Canada, Denny delivers a dynamic live show that moves from raw, driving blues to more intimate acoustic moments. His playing reflects a lifetime in the blues tradition while continuing to evolve with new original material.

Phil Pierle is a versatile Indianapolis musician known for his work across a wide range of bands and styles. For this performance, he brings it back to basics with an acoustic set     that highlights his songwriting, musicianship, and authentic connection to the music. His stripped-down approach offers a more intimate look at an artist with deep roots in the local scene.

King Bee and the Stingers are a Midwest-based blues and roots band known for their high-energy live shows and a sound that blends roadhouse funk, soul, and blues with fresh original material and inventive takes on classics. Built around a lineup of seasoned musicians, the band delivers a dynamic mix of groove-driven blues and crowd-pleasing performances.

A regional favorite since 2006, they've become a steady presence on the Midwest blues circuit, performing regularly at clubs and festivals throughout Indiana, Ohio, and beyond, and earning recognition from the blues community along the way. 

Daren Louis Kingi has an Americana bluesy rock style. He plays a variety of originals and cover songs that speak to all. You can check him out on our front stage.
